Data Sharing Policy

- update at: 15 Jul 2025

The International Journal of Clinical Medical Research endorses the principles of transparency and reproducibility in scientific research. Authors are encouraged to share the data that support the findings of their work by depositing them in appropriate public repositories and providing a link to the dataset within their manuscript.

A Data Availability Statement must be included in all submissions. This should specify:

  • Whether de-identified individual participant data will be shared and, if so, which data.

  • Availability of related documents such as study protocols or statistical analysis plans.

  • The timeframe for which the data will be accessible and any access restrictions.

Where data sharing is not possible due to legal, ethical, or contractual obligations, this should be clearly stated in the manuscript.

Upon publication, the Data Availability Statement will appear online alongside the article. This policy is in line with the recommendations of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and reflects current standards in scientific publishing.
