The International Journal of Clinical Medical Research is an international, open-access, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research in general medical sciences and clinical practice. Our mission is to advance the understanding and application of medical knowledge by disseminating evidence-based, scholarly articles across a broad spectrum of medical fields.

The journal welcomes submissions in clinical medical sciences, clinical practice, preventive medicine, epidemiology, healthcare research, and translational medicine. Manuscripts reporting cellular, molecular, and animal studies will also be considered, provided their findings are relevant to clinical applications.

We encourage original, cutting-edge translational and clinical research that addresses unmet clinical needs and contributes to improving global health. Original articles may include novel insights into human biology and disease mechanisms, innovative treatment strategies, drug development, and advancements in clinical practices or health technologies.

Each submission undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure scientific integrity and relevance. The journal publishes a wide range of article types, including original research, reviews (systematic reviews and meta-analyses), editorials, short communications, case reports, letters to the editor, meeting summaries, book reviews, and video articles.

We accept diverse clinical studies, including case reports, small case series, Phase I–IV clinical trials, observational studies, meta-analyses, biomarker studies, and public health research. Recognizing the importance of bridging bench and bedside, we also encourage “hybrid” studies that present both preclinical/translational and clinical data.

Emerging areas of interest include gene and cell therapies, clinical genomics, regenerative medicine, precision medicine, global health, artificial intelligence in healthcare, smart wearable technologies, early disease detection, microbiome research, and aging.

In addition, the journal features invited reviews, perspectives, and expert commentaries from leading researchers worldwide, offering comprehensive insights into the latest advances in medical research and their implications for practice and policy. The editorial section operates independently to provide timely coverage of trends shaping medicine, scientific research, and public health.
